Weng Chaodi

Dr. Weng Chaodi, Associate Chief Physician, has over 40-years of experience in neurosurgery. Throughout his career, Dr. Weng not only broaden his knowledge base of medical theories through clinical practice, but he also frequently traveled overseas  to keep abreast with current development in medicine and interdisciplinary subjects. Dr. Weng continually incorporates new theories and technology into his practice. 

Dr. Weng has vast experience in handling complicated surgical cases. He specializes in the treatment of tumors of the central nervous system, brain, pituitary gland, the auricle, the ventricle, brain stem, and the vertebrae. Additionally, Dr. Weng has experience in microsurgery for treating cerebrovascular diseases, and severe craniocerebral injuries. He has expanded his knowledge of surgical procedures of the skull base, ventricular endoscopy, microsurgery, cerebral stereotaxic surgery, simplified orientation trephining, puncture and precision treatment of cerebral hemorrhage. As surgical technology improves, not only are the risks of complications and mortality decreased in interventional radiological neurosurgery, but also blood transfusion is rarely required for most surgeries.
